Mr. J. Scott Fowler is a certified Master Black Belt and Lean Master. Scott has led Process Improvement initiatives as a Director of Quality at a major manufacturing corporation. He was responsible for management and financial performance of Six Sigma and Lean Mfg. programs for 13 facilities in 5 countries. These programs achieved cost savings in excess of $40,000,000 on $1.1 billion in sales. Scott has been a Lean Six Sigma consultant within a diverse cross section of industries over the past 8 years including Manufacturing, Energy Production, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Financial, and Service industries. Scott has an extensive background in Materials Management and Logistics in Manufacturing and experience with maximizing process flow.
